Flexibility of 1200-1500 MW may be provided, thereby use of 3*500 MW, 2*600 MW and 2*660 MW units may be Provided. 600MW units are yet to be proven and stabilize in Indian conditions.
Specifying 600MW may construe tailor made for manufacturer/ supplier.

About 1300 acres of land is being made available. Land permitting the bidders can choose any configuration totaling to 1200 MW.
