Further to the discussions held during the bidders conference at Chandigarh on May the 21st , 2007 and queries of various bidders, clarifications/ reply to various issues have been consolidated.
The suggestions of the bidders and the concerns regarding Qualification Criteria will be deliberated in detail in a similar conference at Request for Qualification (RFQ) stage.
