The first Pre Bid Conference was held on 21.05.2007 at Taj, Chandigarh. Sh. Ramesh Inder Singh, Chief Secretary, Govt.  of  Punjab  was  the  Chief   Guest.  Among   the   dignitaries,  who  attended  the conference   were  Sh. Y. S. Ratra,  Chairman / PSEB,   Dr. V. K. Garg, CMD / PFC, Sh.Suresh  Kumar Secretary/Power  GOP and  Sh. A. S. Chhatwal,  Secretary / Expenditure GOP. Total number of bidders who participated in the conference were 26.
  
The   bidders  are   requested  to  submit   their  Expression Of Interest  (EOI) by 06.06.2007.
