An innovative customer grievance redressal service enabling customers
to post their grievances directly to concerned division of PSEB, who will
in turn assign the task to the concerned officials to attend the problem
immediately. Up on successful registration a unique registration number
will be generated and provided to the customer, which is to be retained
for status enquiry.
