Invitation of Expression of Interest (EOI) for standardization of firms for supply of numerical relays for 11KV VCB Panels.

EOI is invited from National  manufacturers for standardization  of firms for supply of numerical, communicative type, SCADA compatible relays for 11KV VCB Panels.
          The applicant must have  proven experience of manufacturing relays. General requirement of relays for 11KV VCB Panels is as under:-

  1. Numerical type differential relay
  2. Numerical type  Over Current IDMTL non directional relay
  3. Numerical type IDMTL Earth Fault relay
  4. Electromechanical/Static type REF relay (preferably electromechanical type)
  5. Master tripping relay (electromechanical type)

The applicant must  submit its complete range of relays alongwith Settings. In addition to this following information is required to be submitted:-

    1. Company profile
    2. Man power detail
    3. Balance sheet for last 3 years
    4. List of past supply for similar item.
    5. Copies of purchase orders.
    6. List of machines and testing equipment available at works.
    7. Type test certificates of relays.
    8. Performance certificates
    9. Product catalogue.
    10. ISO/ISI certificate
    11. Quality control process.

    12. Production capacity

    Conditional & telegraphic e-mail quotations shall not be accepted.
    Last date of submission of EOI is 30.12.08.

    CORRIGENDUM - I

    Invitation of Expression of Interest (EOI) for standardization of firms for supply of numerical relays for 11KV VCB Panels.
    Last date of receipt of quotations against EOI for standardization of firms for supply of Numerical Relays for 11KV VCB Panels has been extended to 15.1.09.
    All other terms and conditions of original EOI shall remain unchanged.
