CHIEF CONTROLLER/ FINANCE

Preparation of Budget, Resources, Arranging loans from Financial Institutions and Govt. and its servicing. Issuance of Drawing limits, fund position, investment, decisions etc. Payments relating to CEs (TL, S/Stn., SO&C, P&M,Civil Design & Hydel). Reconciliation and Monitoring of funds deposited by field offices, establishment of LCs, Bank Guarantees, Income Tax instructions etc. etc.

Dy.F.A.-I

Preparation of Budget, Resources, arranging of loans from Financial Institutions and Govt. and its servicing.

AO/Loans & Deposits

Arranging loans from various Financial institutions and Govt. and its servicing.

AO/Budget

Preparation of resources and budget.

Dy.F.A.-II

Reconciliation and monitoring of funds deposited by field offices, establishment of LCs, Bank Guarantee, Income tax instructions. Nodal Officer for electronics payments and easy bill payments, financing of Hydel Projects etc.

Sr.AO/Banking(M)

Monitoring of funds deposited with various bank branches and monitoring and control of the e-payments.

AO/FR

Establishment of LCs, Bank Guarantees, Income tax instructions etc.

AO/Banking Reconciliation

Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.

AO/Project and Debenture

Servicing of debenture, correspondence with Hydel Projects. Also looking after the work relating to Bond section under Dy. F.A.Bonds.

Dy.F.A./Bonds

Issue of non SLR bonds and its servicing. Also looking after the work of AO/Bkg. Drg.I & II.

AO/Banking(Drawing)-I

Release of drawing limits and fund position.

AO/Banking(Drawing)-II

Monthly account of all the Banks, FDRs/investments and cheque issued reconciliation.

AO/CPC

Payments relating to CE/TL, S/Stn., SO&C, P&M, Civil Design & Hydel.
