Subject: Relaxation in Weekly Off days.

In continuation to this office PR Circular bearing Nos. 3/2007 dated 7.6.2007 read with PR Circular No. 4/2007 dated 9.6.2007, 6/2007 dated 7.9.2007, 7/2007 dated 11.9.2007 & 8/2007 dated 14.9.2007, it has been further decided as under:-

a) Vide fax message no. 3796 dated 21.10.07, the weekly off day for rice shellers falling on 24.10.07 was relaxed for performing Puja etc.

b) As conveyed vide this office letter No. 10014/10228/SO/PRC/LD-38 dated 1.11.07, the weekly off day falling on 8.11.07 has been relaxed and all the industry for which 8.11.07 was weekly off day will observe weekly off day on 9.11.2007.

c) Vide fax message dated 2.11.07, it has been decided that M/s K.C.Soni & Sons being fed from 66KV S/Stn. Amloh Road , Turan under DS Circle , Khanna will observe weekly off day on Saturdays. Accordingly, Revised Annexure-1 is attached.

d) Vide fax message No. 3967 dated 6.11.07, it has been decided that the weekly off day falling on 10.11.07 and 11.11.07 has been relaxed.

All other conditions of PR Circular No. 3/2007 dated 7.6.2007 shall remain unchanged.
